Cypress Naturals publishes sealed food-evidence datasets — typed ledgers of surveyed scientific records, claims graded under weakest-link ceilings, opposition screens, and provenance chains, each pinned under a SHA-256 manifest.
Grades are ceilings on what the surveyed evidence can honestly support — they describe the evidence, not medical outcomes. Nothing here is medical advice, a health claim, or a substitute for professional judgment.
Datasets are licensed, not sold. A license grants use of a dataset within its stated scope — it does not grant resale, sublicensing, or public redistribution of the dataset or of derivative datasets that substantially reproduce it, unless the license expressly says so. The datasets, their structure, seals, and compiled evidence remain the property of Cypress Naturals.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, every license is non-exclusive and non-transferable, granted to the named licensee for the stated purpose.
Releases are versioned and rollback-chained. Corrections ship as new sealed versions — prior versions stay addressable so dependent work remains reproducible.
Datasets are provided as surveyed, with their audit trail. We warrant the provenance and integrity of the package — not the correctness of the underlying literature it surveys.
