Cypress Naturals datasets are distributed as licensed, versioned packages — sealed under SHA-256 manifests with machine-audit links, rollback-chained versions, and license terms bound into the release.
Every sheet carries a bounded public preview — real released records you can open and verify from its page. Full access is granted under a direct licence, for the whole corpus or for individual sheets. Each route delivers the same sealed package — the manifest is identical regardless of route.
Access requests are reviewed per deployment — tell us the foods you need, your stack (pandas, SQL, notebooks), and intended use. Requests are reviewed directly; the request address is published inside every sealed release and on each sheet page.
