What "sealed" means.

A release is not a database dump — it is a frozen, hash-addressed artifact. Every row in every ledger carries provenance references back to acquired records; the package manifest pins every byte under SHA-256. Re-hash the manifest and you re-derive the same bytes — corrections ship as new versions, never silent edits.

The sealed-package format is the subject of U.S. provisional patent application 64/181,078 (filed October 21, 2026). Patent pending.

What a grade means.

Claim grades are ceilings, not ratings — a claim graded VERY_LOW says the evidence cannot honestly support stronger language today. Opposition screens are published with the claim: candidates considered, and how many bound as opposing.

Grades describe the evidence, not the food. A low grade is a finding, not a failure.
